Purpose of Donations
Your donation helps support the operations of the International Nikah Consultation Center (INCC) and the Nikah Guardian Thailand framework, developed to protect women and children from exploitation and to promote understanding of marriage and family planning in a multicultural society, as follows:
- Promoting understanding and family planning in a multicultural setting – providing guidance to cross-cultural couples in planning a sustainable family and building deep mutual understanding.
- Preventing exploitation through marriage and human trafficking – we work together with government agencies and religious organizations to protect women and children from becoming victims of exploitation and human trafficking in the marriage process.
- Other social purposes – supporting education and activities beneficial to society, such as training to build capacity and knowledge on healthy married life, helping disadvantaged people in the community, and creating programs that strengthen cross-cultural understanding, in order to foster harmony and sustainable development in society.
Management of Donated Funds
The company has measures in place to manage donated funds transparently and verifiably, allocating donations in the following proportions:
- 20% for fund administration: for sustainability and efficient management, covering personnel, documentation, office equipment, IT system maintenance, and auditing costs to maintain transparency and credibility.
- 80% for carrying out social activities: used to carry out activities related to the company’s mission, such as family training, counseling, religious and cultural education, and support for programs to help disadvantaged people in society.
Reporting and Spending Transparency
The company places importance on transparency in the use of donated funds by preparing an annual expenditure report accessible via the website, so that donors and the public can verify and have confidence in the company’s integrity. We are committed to using donated funds to achieve sustainable outcomes that benefit society.
Tax Deduction Rights for Donors
Araya Nikah Co., Ltd. (Social Enterprise) is accredited by the Office of Social Enterprise Promotion (OSEP), which means your donation can be used as a tax deduction right, in accordance with the Notification of the Director-General of the Revenue Department on Income Tax (No. 38) , which grants tax deduction rights to donors of social enterprises under the specified conditions, with details as follows:
- Income tax deduction rights: You may use the donated amount to deduct personal or corporate income tax in accordance with the criteria set by the Revenue Department.
- Receipt issuance system: the company has a transparent and standardized receipt issuance system. Receipts will show complete donation details so that donors can conveniently and correctly use them as evidence for claiming a tax deduction.
Note: You may request a separate receipt for each donation to facilitate bookkeeping and the use of tax deduction rights, simply by informing the company’s customer service department of your wish.
Compliance with Laws and Operating Standards
The company complies with the laws and operating standards set out in the Social Enterprise Promotion Act B.E. 2562 (2019) , together with related notifications and regulations, so as to give donors confidence that the company’s operations are transparent, verifiable, and in line with the highest standards of conduct in creating positive outcomes for society.
